Pandanda Puzzle Contest! I've got some exciting news! Today I’m delighted to announce that we are having a Pandanda Puzzle Contest where we are giving away Elite Memberships as prizes! Here's how it works: There are 16 puzzle pieces labeled A through P, that when assembled show a sneak peek of one of the new locations in Pandanda after we launch (I can't wait!). The pieces will be released starting today and during the coming week. The first piece "A" is right here to start you off and the rest of the pieces will be hidden around the web pages of www.pandanda.com, my blog , and who knows where they might show up over the next few days.... The contest is to collect all of the puzzle pieces and email the right order of the pieces to the address shown below for your chance to win one of the prizes. There's an exciting twist in the competition for bloggers too. The winners will be announced on Oct. 22nd in my blog. Prizes: Four prizes will be awarded by the panel of judges. Three First Prizes of a 12 month Elite Membership will be awarded to the first three Pandas (one prize each) who email us the right order of the puzzle pieces to make the picture. One special Bloggers Prize of a featured article on Henry's blog will be awarded to the first blog site owner who emails us a link to their blog site where they are currently displaying the completed puzzle with all 16 pieces shown. Henry will mention their blog , and add a URL link to their blog (which could make their blog pretty famous, who knows?) The winning blog will also get a 'winning ribbon' graphic to display on their site. To submit an entry (have your parent or guardian help you): Read and obey the rules. Entering the competition means that you and your parent/guardian agree to the rules. If you are under 13 years old, please ask your parent or guardian to review them with you, along with our website terms of use specifically with regard to the use of submissions you send to us. Ask your parent or guardian to email your entry to contest@pandanda.com from their email address, the one they used when they signed you up for Pandanda. The three individual winning Pandas will be announced on Henry's blog and they will automatically receive Elite Membership status for one year. Type the words "Puzzle Contest Entry" in the subject line of the email. Type your Panda name (the one you would want to win the Elite Membership) in the text of the email, for example "Panda Name: Paige." If your Panda is already an Elite Member and you win, then we will extend your membership for another year! Do NOT include your real name, house address or phone number under any circumstances. Email your entry as soon as you have all the pieces assembled in the right order but no later than Wednesday, October 21st at 11:59pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST). Your entry can either be the completed picture or just send us the letters of the puzzle pieces in the right order to make up the picture, for example: G I P L A F D B C E H J K O N M Watch Henry's Blog for details of the winners. A complete list of contest rules can be found below. By entering the contest you agree to be bound by the following rules: This contest is governed by our website terms of use. The contest is open to all Pandanda users. The judges will accept all valid entries as stipulated in the rules. All entries must be emailed to contest@pandanda.com by your parent or guardian, with their consent, from their email address, the one which was used to create your Panda. All entries must be submitted no later than Wednesday, October 21st at 11:59pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST) All entries become the property of Sunleaf Studios and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined to be fraudulent will be void, and the person making such an entry barred from further participation in that contest. Incomplete entries may be disqualified at our sole discretion. Contestants and their Parents and/or Guardians agree that entries or modified forms of the entries and the winning Panda name may be posted on the Pandanda website (but there is no guarantee that they will be.) As per our website terms of use, we will without limitation, have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. There is no guarantee that you will win and odds of winning will be based on the number of total entries received by the cutoff date. Winners will be notified by email and publicly on our website on Henry's Blog. Winners agree that their Panda name, and player card image may be displayed on Henry's blog or other promotional materials. Winner's Parents or Guardians will be responsible for paying any appropriate state and local taxes that may apply. Entries will be judged on their correctness and appropriateness by a panel of judges of our choosing and by entering you agree that their decision is final. Entries not adhering to the Pandanda rules, or any use of inappropriate language will be disqualified. Use of the Elite Membership is the responsibility of the winner. If the winners Panda is banned for violation of the Pandanda rules the Elite Membership will become null and void. The prizes awarded will have no value whatsoever after the prize Elite Membership expires and the Panda will return to non Elite status ater a year unless addtional membership is purchased by the user. We do not guarantee that you will be able to make maximum use of the prize or any part thereof. There is no limit to the number of valid entries that a user can submit before the cutoff date, however contestants may only win one prize per contest per household. Prizes cannot be substituted for any cash or monetary equivalents. Contest not valid and void for States or Countries where participation is prohibited by law. All Elite Memberships begin on Oct. 24th, 2009. All information of the winning bloggers site including the URL could be removed without notice from Henry's blog if the site is deemed inappropriate, illegal or for any other reason. The total combined value of all prizes for this contest, in any event, will not exceed $180.00 USD. Employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees) of Sunleaf Studios, at any time during the applicable contesting period and their immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the contest. We reserve the right to amend and/or modify these rules at any time without notice.
