While we cannot say exactly how long Beta will last we expect it will be at least several months. We want to make sure Pandanda is the best it can be and Beta is a very important part of that process. Simply by playing Pandanda and reporting any bugs you find will help make Pandanda a better game for everyone.

Unfortunately, when Beta is over you will NOT be able to keep your coins or the items in your closet, backpack, or tree house. This is necessary to ensure fairness for all players. Many things can change during Beta including pricing, items that are available, and how fast you can earn coins. We want to be fair to everyone and that means resetting everyone’s stuff.
However, all Beta participants will receive a special “Thank You” package at the end of Beta with items you can keep.

Yes! You will be able to use the same Panda name and login even after Beta has ended.

We will have multiple membership options including monthly subscriptions, a six month purchase, and a twelve month purchase. The final pricing for these options will be set at the end of Beta.

Everyone can create a free account and play as much as they wish. You can chat, play games, go fishing, earn coins and travel around the world. However with the free account you will be very limited by how you can spend your coins.
Becoming an Elite Member opens all the features of Pandanda. It allows you to adopt pets, spend your coins on clothes and furniture, open your tree house to other players, and gives you access to member only locations.

Click on the “Play Now” button on the right hand side of the webpage. Then click on the “New to Pandanda? Create a Free Account” button. Follow the steps on each page to create your own Panda. You will need to enter your parent’s email address during the sign up process so that we can send them a message about your interest in Pandanda and an activation code to activate your account. Ask them to check their email and click on the activation link. You may need to have them check their “junk mail” if they don’t see the email from account@pandanda.com in their regular email inbox.

Because we have so many players signing up every day picking a username (which will be the name of your Panda) can be tricky. Creating a name based on things you like or hobbies you enjoy can be a helpful way of finding a unique name. You should never use your real name as a protection to yourself.
